Now that we’re in the home stretch — less than five months until 6/21/09! — we’ve started to figure out some of the details. For example…

- We picked out our rings last weekend. Scott’s is square and matte. Mine sparkles!
- We hit up an awesome local designer for our invitations, which should be reaching you in April.
- We’re headed out to cake tastings starting tomorrow. My heart’s set on cupcakes. Delicious…
- I’m busy drooling over retro dresses. Here’s hoping for a second-hand equivalent.
- We’re hoping for a July honeymoon on a modest cruise in Tahiti. Ah, sunshine.

There’s still a lot more to figure out. Food, flowers — heck, our entire ceremony. Wish us luck!
